Dr. Sifa Wekewa
Social Services Coordinator
Dr. Sifa Wekewa is the head of special programs, social services and community outreach. This position is in charge of working and collaborating with Partners who provide supportive services to the indigenous economically challenged populations such as low income, homeless and special needs populations.

Chris Meyer
Project Manager-Financial Analyst
Chris Meyer is the head of S.O.F. Homefinders. This position entails coordination of all construction activity. It is also responsible for identifying the state of the current S.O.F. housing stock and identifying the nature and amount of repairs needed in order to bring rental units back on line and up to par. This position is also in charge of maintenance of housing units. In addition, this position involves advising and providing financial and mortgage advice and assistance to clients.

Aaron Reel
Sr. Vice President of Property Management
Aaron Reel is the head of Property Management operations and is in charge of recruitment, training and management of staff members. It is also responsible for setting up policies and procedures, monitoring expenditures, income reports and deadlines for property readiness. Implementation of marketing strategies is also a part of this position. This position also serves to ensure that resident and prospect needs are met according to SOF policies and guidelines.

Leah Law
Property Manager & Coordinator
Leah Law is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the owner's objectives. She manages and maintains relationships with clients, the community, federal, state and local governments, etc., the day-to-day financial operations of the property, including collections, tenant relations, and she ensures all staff is in compliance with company policies and procedures and perform duties in a timely basis. This position also serves to research and coordinate future projects and opportunities.
 

Doug Sloss
Leasing Specialist & Prospect Liason
Doug Sloss is in charge of identifying the needs of the low-income and no-income population and working with state and local government as well as private organizations to secure housing for those in need. This position also involves working with individuals on a daily basis to assess their housing and social services needs and assisting them accordingly by sending them to the appropriate agency or private entity to help them meet these needs.

 
Geneva Rennolet
Low Income Tax Credit Compliance Manager
Geneva oversees all LIHTC documentation, reporting and compliance. One of the functions of this position is to provide support on a daily basis and physically inspect each file to ensure its compliance with proper regulations. This involves attending bi-weekly recertification meetings to consult with residents directly and to guide staff members through the information gathering process.

Eva Sloan
Community Liaison Representative
Eva Sloan works with local and state government, as well as private organizations to secure housing with Shepherd of Faith’s initiative on serving the needs of low-income and no-income or special needs population i.e.: transitional housing in the City of Indianapolis. This person will accomplish this goal by securing housing that has been made available through Shepherd of faith’s efforts of rehabbing 108 plus vacant properties throughout the respective Indianapolis areas.

LIONEL T. RUSH
Widely known as "Elder Rush", he is a preacher with a prophetic edge and has championed the causes of the people for decades. Born and raised in Indianapolis, having served his country as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army, and with degrees from Arsenal Technical High School, Indiana University, and Martin University, Elder Rush is a most interesting and well-rounded servant of the Lord.

He is also a businessman, with a heart for those needing hope, he is pioneering Shepherd of Faith Property Management Services. Providing hope, not just housing.

   - Elder Lionel Thomas Rush was born to the late James and Geneva Rush on
  June 12,1948
  - He is the 15th of 19 children, the 9th of 10 boys, who were all raised in
  Indianapolis
  - He is a product of the IPS School system
  - He attended and graduated from IPS School 56
  - He graduated from IPS Arsenal Technical High School
  - Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University – Business Administration
  - Masters of Arts Degree – Martin University
  - Doctorate Degree – Oral Roberts University/Ft Wayne Theological Seminary
  - He served his country as a Paratrooper – US Army – 509th Airborne
  - Honorably discharged in 1970
  - Married to LaShelle Rush, Father of four adult children, Beleta, Lynnee,
  Barbara Lynette Monica, Bethany LeVerne Bernice, and Betrina LaVera
  Elizabeth, and a toddler Lionna Shellese. The oldest two fights the dreaded
  Sickle Cell Disease
  - He has been a Community Activist all of his adult life
